- A rental allows the full use of the equipment, at the lowest cost possible for an agreed upon period of time, but does not transfer right of ownership.
- The rental can be adjusted to suit the client’s pocket
- 12, 24, 36, 48 and 60-month rental periods are available.
- Escalations can be tailored to the client’s needs and linked to the rental.
- Rentals are 100% tax deductible as an operating expense.
- Rentals are not governed by capital expenditure budgets.
- Insurance cover for the new equipment may be provided.
- Usually no deposit is required.

Documentation requirements for assessment of clients
- A fully completed and signed application form
- A copy of each Member’s/Director’s ID document
- A copy of a cancelled company cheque
- If the deal is in excess of R50 000, the company’s latest audited financials are compulsory.
- If the company is less than 5 years old, financials may be asked for, as well as 3 months bank statements, regardless of the application amount.
- For sole proprietors and partnerships, a full statement of assets and liabilities and three months bank statements will be requested.
